Apprenticeship Trainer

Your tasks

Responsible to perform operator skill assessments and support placement strategy 

Create job instruction breakdown sheets to aid effective job learning 

Train operators to the latest work instructions for the application 

Adhere to 4-eye principle validation with TI/Supervisor during training phase 

Active member of all problem-solving activity’s linked to production failures 

Conduct time studies relative to operator performance to validate skill attainment 

Provide documented feedback to team leader and coordinator when an operator reaches skill level 

Certification of operators on critical station applications such as marriage bolt fastening & EOLTs 

Support training coordinator w/ orientation activities on an as needed basis 

Other duties as assigned

Your Profile

3-5 years of experience

Effective communicator

Ability to adjust teaching approach depending on topic difficulty level

Ability to cultivate energy and buy-in from audience
