Software Development Specialist

Your tasks

Develop, implement, debug, test on test bench, and validate embedded electronic control units (ECUs) in Direct Current (DC) motor-based integrated frunk, Power Operated Tailgates (POTS), power window regulators, and Hands Free Access (HFA), in C/C++, Assembly, and CAPL programming languages, using Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE), winIDEA, Git, Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, TESSY, codeBeamer Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools. Assure timely development and integration of ECU software and mechatronic system software level functionality of POTS, power window regulator, and HFA electronics throughout product development lifecycle (PDLC) and embedded software commands meet vehicle level Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL) rated safety in ISO 26262 and MISRA-2004/2012 global coding requirements, including Controller Area Network (CAN)/Local Interconnect Network (LIN) communication protocols, Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technique to control motor speed, and Functional Safety (FS) methods.
Your Profile

Bachelor, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related.

Thirty-six months’ experience as Engineer or related, testing and validating embedded electronic control units (ECUs) in DC motor-based Power Operated Tailgates (POTS) or Hands-Free Access (HFA), in C/C++ programming language, using Git, winIDEA, Vector CANoe, and codeBeamer Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, or related.
