Electronics Industrialization Engineer

Your tasks

• Self-independent planning, coordination, monitoring and completion of sub-projects for standardization and procurement of new manufacturing equipment in the field of electronics
• Taking part and contributing to the creation and definition of manufacturing concepts, layout, and design of electronics as well as the execution and implementation of process-FMEAs
• Responsibility for process related technical tasks in the industrialization of projects and the ramp-up of process steps during the procurement of manufacturing equipment
• Production-oriented selection of suitable process machines as well as their IT infrastructures for the process-safe manufacture of reliable products
• Adaption and implementation of processes to project or plant-initiated changes including risk assessment, documentation and release
• Second level support of electronics series production in case of supplier-related manufacturing problems and more complex process improvements

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience on similar position
• Knowledge of programming interfaces for common microcontrollers (e.g., JTAG, SWD, BDM, SPI…), with an understanding of their basic functionality
• A basic understanding of electronic circuits, including the ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams
• Familiarity with bus systems like LIN, CAN, CAN FD, and an understanding of their general areas of application
• Preferably practical experience in "In-Circuit Testing" (ICT), onboard programming, and functional testing of PCBA’s
• Understanding and experience in the procurement and construction of fixtures for ICT, particularly for parallel testing and programming of PCBA’s
• Basic knowledge about cyber security
• Fluent English language skills
