Your tasks

• Develop and execute a long-term production and technology strategy to drive competitiveness, operational excellence, quality, and workforce development
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while meeting quality, productivity, and cost targets
• Lead production operations and oversee capacity planning, investments, and resource allocation
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and ensure achievement of operational and financial objectives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
• Optimize productivity, cost efficiency, workforce utilization, and overall plant performance
• Recruit, lead and develop a multidisciplinary team
• Support successful industrialization and ramp-up of new products and projects
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence

Your Profile

• University degree in Engineering or a related Technical field
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a senior manufacturing or operations management role
• Strong knowledge of production systems, manufacturing technologies, logistics, and operational management
• Proven experience in leading large multidisciplinary teams and driving organizational change
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost management, and performance improvement
• Strategic, analytical, and results-driven leader with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and develop high-performing teams
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Fluent English communication skills
