Industrial Engineer Drives Production - internship

Your tasks

• Ensure that production equipment is capable of producing parts at established times and in accordance with customer expectations (product quality)
• Assist in analyzing production data and identifying improvement opportunities for KPIs
• Help maintain and update technical documentation (work instructions, set-up instructions, process parameters, etc.) as well as assist in updating data in SAP (e.g., Bill of Materials, routings, production versions)
• Support layout updates and improvements (both physically and in AutoCAD) with focus on efficiency, safety, and material flow
• Participate in new project launches and support Industrial Engineering activities (e.g., equipment, FMEA, ergonomics)
• Assist in communication and coordination related to engineering changes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., VSM, 6S, TPM)

Your Profile

• Final-year students or recent graduates (Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Electrical Engineering or similar)
• Interest in industrial engineering, continuous improvement, and production systems
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not required
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Proactive, structured, and team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English
