Logistics Analyst

Your tasks

• Ensure on-time availability of production materials in line with defined supply targets
• Plan and coordinate production based on customer demand, capacity constraints, and supply goals
• Secure customer supply in a multi-level production environment in close collaboration with assembly, shipping, and internal interfaces
• Manage logistics parameters and master data in SAP and customer systems to optimize cost and supply performance
• Lead logistics-related projects independently (e.g. ramp-ups, relocations, process optimizations)
• Monitor inventories and logistics KPIs, prepare regular reports, and ensure target compliance
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, initiate escalations, and drive resolution with internal and external partners
• Track and report supplier and customer logistics performance, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement

Your Profile

• IV level of education
• Several years of experience in production logistics, supply chain planning or materials management
• Solid understanding of MRP processes, inventory control and capacity planning in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP; confident MS Excel skills required
• Ability to manage complex supply situations independently and make pragmatic decisions
• Structured and well organized working style
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal interfaces and external partners
• Good English skills
