Master Scheduler

Your tasks

• Develop and lead the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process, including demand–capacity alignment meetings
• Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule aligned with customer demand, production capacity and inventory targets
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure execution of the production plan and resolve scheduling constraints
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the planning process and implementing measures to increase efficiency
• Planning, developing, monitoring and maintaining procedures to optimize inventory levels
• Coordinate supply-critical issues with customers, suppliers, service providers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare reports and presentations on capacity utilization and planning performance for management
• Support implementation and optimization of planning systems and SAP standard processes, including master data quality and user training

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in a field connected with logistics or supply chain
• Strong experience in production planning and supply chain management
• Good understanding of manufacturing capacity, scheduling and inventory optimization
• Experience working with SAP and planning tools
• Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
