Project Manager

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate electronics development projects in line with company project management standards
• Develop project plans, applications, and reports in collaboration with department heads and controlling
• Manage and support the project team, ensuring alignment with defined targets
• Drive technical resolution of complex development challenges with internal and external partners
• Represent the project in customer meetings, quality gates, and internal committees
• Oversee the acquisition phase, including offer preparation and project evaluations
• Assess team performance and implement measures to improve project return of investments
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes, templates, and workflows

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in technical field (preferably in electronics)
• At least 2 years of experience on same role
• Profound knowledge of HW/SW development
• Good knowledge of project management and development processes
• Good communication and organization skills
• Experience in electronics production environment, automotive is preferable
• Fluent English language skills
