Project Manager

Your tasks

  • Management of serial, customer and internal projects in coordination with all involved departments and functions as well as customers and suppliers
  • Leading a project team, empowering, delegating and supporting the team members with their tasks, set up of regular project meetings
  • Planning and controlling of the entire project
  • Preparation of project and change requests, status and closure reports
  • Steering and implementing of serial changes with goal of bundling changes and creating customer packages
  • Regular reporting of the project and updating of all the requested planning tools
  • Ensuring operational risk management and timely escalation trough the appropriate channels
  • Lead of resolving technical and operational issues

Your Profile

  • University diploma
  • At least 3 years of experience on similar position
  • Good knowledge of project management and development processes
  • Good communication skills and proactiveness
  • Sound risk assessment skills
  • Sound budgeting, controlling and calculation skills
  • Experience in production environment, automotive is preferable
  • Fluent English language skills
