Project Manager Customer Team

Your tasks

• Manage projects in coordination with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers
• Lead and implement serial changes, ensuring efficient bundling and customer-ready packages
• Provide regular project reporting and maintain planning tools (project plans, budgets, tracking systems)
• Coordinate and maintain project timelines, ensuring budget control and progress monitoring
• Identify risks, ensure proper mitigation, and escalate issues when necessary
• Lead and support project teams, delegate tasks, and organize regular project meetings
• Define work packages and establish responsibility frameworks (e.g., RACI, communication matrix)
• Drive cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with purchasing, suppliers, and production

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or other technical field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a project team member in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of project management principles (planning, tracking, reporting, risk management)
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support project goals (quality, cost, timing)
• Experience in automotive or serial production environment is an advantage
• Fluent English language skills
