Project Manager Development

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring alignment between technical, production, and commercial requirements
• Manage serial, customer, and internal projects in cooperation with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers
• Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, budgets, resources, and overall progress
• Prepare project documentation, including change requests, status updates, and closure reports
• Drive implementation of serial changes and customer-related project activities
• Ensure regular project reporting and maintenance of planning and tracking tools
• Identify project risks, manage escalations, and support timely issue resolution
• Lead and support project teams through regular coordination and communication
• Coordinate resolution of technical and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within an industrial or automotive environment
• Good understanding of project management and product development processes
• Sound knowledge of electrical drive development and design
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to assess risks, manage budgets, and support project controlling activities
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
