Project Manager - Electronics Development

Your tasks
- Lead electronics development projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition and planning to successful launch and series production
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring project targets for scope, quality, timing, and cost are achieved
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders
- Drive technical collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, development partners, and customers, resolving complex technical challenges in electronics development
- Represent the project in customer meetings, quality gates, and management reviews
- Coordinate acquisition activities, including the preparation of technical and commercial project proposals
- Support and evaluate project team performance, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve project profitability, efficiency, and return on investment
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in electronics development
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and hardware/software development processes
- Solid knowledge of complete electronic systems and product development principles
- Good understanding of Product Development Process (PDP) methodologies
- Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured and proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
