Senior Plant Controller

Your tasks

  • Support financial steering and performance management within our manufacturing operations.
  • Act as a key finance business partner for the plant leadership team, providing transparency on financial performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Lead monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning activities.
  • Monitor and analyze plant financial performance, including productivity, labor costs, overheads, investments, and profitability.
  • Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and ad-hoc business evaluations.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and proactively recommend corrective actions.
  • Support cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
  • Drive transparency and understanding of financial KPIs within operational functions.
  • Perform business case evaluations and investment analyses.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Engineering, Purchasing, HR, and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate controlling standards, processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Support strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights.

 

Your Profile

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in Controlling, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and financial reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented working style.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
