Supervisor Maintenance

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team across all shifts to ensure high equipment availability and KPI achievement
• Plan and prioritize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities in alignment with production needs
• Manage escalations, daily maintenance operations, and technical support on the shop floor
• Participate in production meetings and ensure technical availability of manufacturing equipment
• Develop team capabilities through training, mentoring, and maintenance skills matrix management
• Analyze recurring equipment issues and implement corrective actions using problem-solving tools
• Monitor spare parts consumption and drive cost-effective maintenance practices
• Manage workforce planning, including shift schedules, vacations, and payroll-related activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational performance

Your Profile

• Secondary Technical Education (4-year technical school, Level IV)
• Minimum 8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading maintenance teams
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and maintenance best practices
• Experience with SAP PM, MS Office, and Lean Manufacturing principles
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Results-oriented with excellent prioritization and team development skills
