Teasting and Measurement Team Leader

Your tasks

• Lead and coordinate Laboratory and Metrology team activities, ensuring efficient daily operations
• Implement and improve testing and measurement methods in line with industry standards and business needs
• Monitor performance through KPIs and quality targets, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, including updates, audits, and related corrective actions
• Plan and manage laboratory resources, including budget, investments, and headcount
• Maintain and improve laboratory documentation and support the Quality Management System

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Sciences (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, in laboratory environment
• Leadership or team coordination experience
• Knowledge of laboratory standards (ISO/IEC 17025)
• Experience in material testing and testing methods
• Strong understanding of laboratory processes and measurement techniques
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• English language proficiency (business fluency)
