Your tasks
- package investigation of component parts and technical assemblies
- design conceptualization and construction from pre-development to series production
- design from concept and pre-development to design for manufacturing.
- developing and presenting of design concepts and new technologies in projects.
- control and ensure required and scheduled development milestones.
- preparation of required design documents for approvals
- support during the production, validation and industrialization of tools.
- package investigations and pre-development with CATIA in the 3D.
- production-oriented design; design for manufacturing and tool-compatible design.
- development of 2D and 3D kinematics, creation of surface curves, further complex kinematic functions
- design and dimensioning of component interfaces, and definition of reference point systems.
- production support
- evaluation of first production sample.
- representation of Brose Sitech at customer meetings
- coordination of suppliers
Your Profile
- you have professional experience in the development of automotive complete seats or similar components in car interiors
- you have specialist knowledge of CATIA V5 - V6; experience with PDM systems desirable
- you have experience in dealing with, for example molded foams, plastic parts and / or electronic complete seat components or automotive interior
- you have willigness to travel
