Your tasks

  • Management of schedule (meetings, travel, conferences, events)
  • Track corporate documents with different departments
  • Draft reports and presentations for board meetings
  • Serve as a liaison between the director and functional areas (production, quality, engineering, logistics, sales, human resources, etc.)
  • Coordinate meetings (committees, performance reviews, audits)
  • Control travel expenses
  • Prepare executive summaries

Your Profile

  • Bachelor in public relations, comunication, marketing or similar
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Experience working in automotive industry
  • High discretion and confidentiality required
