Your tasks
Generate and follow up the shipment production plan based on customer requirements in coordination with the production department.
Ensure compliance with shipment schedules and customer requirements, guaranteeing customer satisfaction based on just-in-time deliveries and lean logistics procedures.
Ensure the supply of materials from suppliers in order to avoid line stoppages or downtime due to lack of material as well as extraordinary costs.
Plan and carry out optimal inventory control based on established guidelines.
Manage customer charges efficiently.
Execute logistical activities in engineering changes.
Establish an effective communication channel with carriers and customs agents to ensure compliance with delivery times of material with customers and suppliers.
Analyze production line capacity and compare it with customer requirements, ensuring compliance with these requirements, taking into account the needs of production personnel.
Update and follow up KPI's to ensure compliance with company objectives.
Ensuring correct parameters within the SAP system according to the guidelines dictated by Logistica Central.
Your Profile
1 year of experience
Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management or Logistics.
English- Intermediate
