Your tasks

• Plan the test/prototype activities, supporting the business plan, including capacity planning, investments and budget.
• Engage in customer and supplier visits as appropriate.
• Maintain good open communication channels with direct supervisor, peers and direct interface at headquarters.
• Ensure quality, effectiveness, cleanliness, and keep your responsible area in order.
• Develop business methods to improve interaction with other departments.
• Manage the prototype deliveries regarding to cost and Quality goals.

Your Profile

• Experience in the same position or similar (with leadership).
• 5 years of experience in simulation, validation testing, continuous conformance.
• Knowledge in prototype construction.
• Fluent English (required).
• Experience with German OEMS.
• Personnel management & leadership.
