Process Industrial Engineer - Seats

Your tasks

• MES concept creation through implementation on new equipment including optimization of installed processes.
• Ensure OEE, technical availability, quality rate for internal/customer run at rates, including series process stabilization.
• Planning, procurement, and series introduction of production equipment with the specified budget/timing and technical specifications.
• Creating rough and detailed manufacturing concepts; testing the reuse of operating resources; conducting Prokon workshops; and drafting specifications.
• Concepts development of PT indicators. Assessment and implementation of technical changes in the context of customer projects and series support.
• Conception, testing and realization of technologies for seat production: Fastening, Riveting, Flaring, Pressing and Joining.
• Application of quality assurance methods (Poka Yoke, P-FMEA, capability, etc.).

Your Profile

• 3 years of experience in similar position.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies is highly valued (Fastening, Riveting, Flaring, Pressing and Joining).
• Experience in procurement of production equipment.
• Fluent English.
