• Bachelors degree on engineering preferred
• Experience working with a project team
• Familiar with Ford customer
• Experience on launches, projet management, detail oriented, cost oriented
• Experience leading corss-functional teams, time management, project budgets
• High level criteria mindset
• Experience 3 to 5 years on similar position
• English Fluent is a must
