Your tasks
Plan and organize production capacity (personnel and equipment)
Monitor and control production key performance indicators
Respond and find solutions to production problems, establish contact with other internal departments, ensure non-interruption of customer deliveries.
Support and leadership in the area of ​​continuous improvement for the production team
Support company policies, procedures, standardized work, rules and regulations, as well as track corrective actions by following process and procedures for documentation and reporting.
Maintain daily accounts for time and attendance systems

Your Profile
Bachelor's / Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
Core tools, SAP, Microsoft Office
10-15 years of experience in similar position in automotive industry
Advanced English
