Paint Line Technician Nightshift

Your tasks

• Supervising the operation of automated e-coating line
• Control of process parameters by the means of visual, instrumental and analytical methods (titration, pH, conductivity measurements
• Quality check of finished product (free of defects/ correct thickness and adhesion)
• Maintenance of the line during production and outside of production hours (calibrations, replacing filters, cleaning the tanks, general 5s)
• Replenishment of process chemicals (manual or technical dosing)
• Working to health, safety and environmental standards (PPE/ waste disposal) 
• Wastewater treatment and water purification
• Logging of process parameters, use of chemicals/ consumables, stock levels
• Support activities during planned shutdown
• Following of escalation process

Your Profile

• 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above including Maths and English
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in manufacturing as process technician
• Ability to understand complex processes involving various equipment (pumps, sensors, HMI etc.)
• Basic knowledge of electrophoretic painting process
• Experience in working with chemicals (industrial)
• Experience in quality control
