Finance Assistant - part-time (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Assign, modify, and revoke user permissions for central HR systems SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Resolve access related issues and support end users with permission requests
  • Maintain authorization-relevant tables in SAP HCM to support structural authorizations
  • Ensure permissions align with organizational roles and data protection policies
  • Conduct permissions reviews to ensure compliance using ad-hoc reports
  • Maintain documentation of critical permission assignments and changes
  • Provide guidance to HR colleagues on permission request procedures and policies
  • Support in HR system projects

 

Your Profile

  • Secondary or university education with focus on HR, economics or business administration
  • Advanced English language skills both in written and spoken, are mandatory
  • Additional intermediate German skills is a plus
  • Previous professional experience in a service center or in administrative position
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a plus, especially familiarity with HR data structures or role-based permissions
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • High service orientation and customer friendliness
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Part-time job (20 hours/week)
