Finance Assistant/Accountant - part-time (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Review and record incoming invoices, reconcile supplier liabilities and creditors
  • Review and record outgoing invoices, reconcile customer receivables
  • Reconcile and record non-invoiced receipts and technical accounts for deliveries
  • Assist in the preparation of VAT returns, summary reports, Intrastat, KSH, and other statutory declarations
  • Liaise with external auditors and internal audit teams, providing required documentation

 

Your Profile

  • Degree or diploma in finance/accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant financial work experience
  • Basic knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Advantage - experience in accounting and knowledge of SAP or other invoicing/accounting software
  • Part-time (20 hours/week)
