Head of Finance (m/f/d)

Now we are offering in our Hungarian just-in-sequence Plant in Kecskemét the position: Head of Finance (m/f/d).
Please be aware that fluent Hungarian speaking is a must, and a residence at or near Kecskemét is essential as daily commuting needed as it is an onsite position, and no remote work or permanent home office is possible.

Your tasks

• Management of the month and year end closings and take the responsibility for them
• Preparation and management of the year end closing and take the responsibility for that based on the Hungarian and IFRS regulations
• Independent contact with the economic and operational inspectors and provision of information
• Responsible for payroll financial and transactional processes
• Ensure internal control systems, based on the professional and organizational rules and policies, with random checking of the correctness of the accounting processes
• Preparation and submission of tax returns
• Invoice control and booking of creditors
• Booking of equipments individually, liquidity planning and creating relevant reports
• Proper and in time management of the accounts, current accounts, creditors, debtors, and fix assets
• Individual management of plant controlling and ensure substitution
• Administration with the authorities with responsibility
• Keep contact with central finance and controlling. Reporting to them and adopting and ensuring of rules, and standards
• Reporting liquidity needs and surplus to treasury
• Internal and external audit priority person of information flow
• Performing important administrative activities related to the operation of the company
• Authorities: management of petition processes

Your Profile

• Professional (finance) college or university degree
• Certified public accountant
• Minimum 4 years school education on the field on accounting and taxes
  Minimum 4 years of professional experience on accounting and tax
• Strong negotiable English language skills
• Tax consultant - advantage 
• Participation or leading role in financial audits, tax investigations - advantage
