Your tasks

• Avoiding the mistakes, both in the production and on the part of the customer, due to the poorly assembled products.
• Individual complaint management by the customer due to the delivery of defective products.
• Introduce stoppage measures, observe deadlines and exhibit 8D reports to the customer.
• Organization of meetings for quality problem solving, in cooperation with the quality responsible for the products purchased, production and maintenance.
• Moderating PLS / PMP error analyses
• Cooperation with the development and updating of the process systems,
• Recognize, analyse and record product defects and weaknesses,
• Documentation on change management,
• Optimized planning of production to cover customer demands, including the set targets
• Coordination with all customers and/or suppliers including schedule handling and dispatch management.
• Handle and follow up supplier complaints, follow up the relevant actions
• Participation in internal and external audits (product, process and system audit)
• Perform product audit
• Handle the in-house daily quality issues
• Daily contact with customers, suppliers’ close cooperation with the partners

Your Profile

• A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or Quality Management
• Experience in quality assurance in a minimum of 1-3 years' manufacturing environment ideally in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of problem-solving methods (8D, 5Why, PDCA)
• Independent and cooperative working style
• Confident approach, also in international environment
• Capability, good communication and connectivity
• Willingness to travel
• Excellent MS Office skills, SAP experience
• Independent and proactive working style, high organizational and communication skills
• Intense precision, logical thinking as well as reliability and flexibility
• B category valid driving licence
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian language skills, German skills are a high advantage
• ISO 9001 knowledge, audit experience
• Knowledge of ISO TS 16949/ IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System
