Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Prevent defects from incorrectly assembled products on the production floor and avoid customer complaints.
• Handle individual complaints related to defective products possibly shipped to customers.
• Prepare 8D reports, meet deadlines, analyze processes when issues occur, and eliminate root causes.
• Organize meetings to resolve quality issues in cooperation with responsible departments.
• Moderate PLS / PMP failure analyses.
• Maintain contact with development and headquarters, improve systems.
• Identify, analyze, and document product defects and weaknesses; maintain change management documentation daily.
• Optimize production processes considering customer requirements to achieve goals.
• Coordinate with all customers and/or suppliers, handle and track supplier complaints and related actions.
• Participate in internal and external audits (product, process, and system audits).
• Perform product audits.
• Manage daily in-house quality issues.
• Maintain daily contact with customers and suppliers, work closely with partners.

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering or quality management.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment – automotive experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of problem-solving methods (8D, 5Why, PDCA).
• Independent and cooperative work style.
• Confident attitude, even in an international environment.
• Talent, strong communication skills, and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent MS Office skills, SAP experience.
• Independent and proactive work style, strong organizational and communication skills.
• High precision, logical thinking, reliability, and flexibility.
• Valid category B driving license.
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written), German is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, audit experience.
• Familiarity with ISO TS 16959 / IATF 16949 automotive quality management systems.
