Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Prevent defects from incorrectly assembled products on the production floor and avoid customer complaints.
- Handle individual complaints related to defective products possibly shipped to customers.
- Prepare 8D reports, meet deadlines, analyze processes when issues occur, and eliminate root causes.
- Organize meetings to resolve quality issues in cooperation with responsible departments.
- Moderate PLS / PMP failure analyses.
- Maintain contact with development and headquarters, improve systems.
- Identify, analyze, and document product defects and weaknesses; maintain change management documentation daily.
- Optimize production processes considering customer requirements to achieve goals.
- Coordinate with all customers and/or suppliers, handle and track supplier complaints and related actions.
- Participate in internal and external audits (product, process, and system audits).
- Perform product audits.
- Manage daily in-house quality issues.
- Maintain daily contact with customers and suppliers, work closely with partners.
Your Profile
- Degree in engineering or quality management.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment – automotive experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of problem-solving methods (8D, 5Why, PDCA).
- Independent and cooperative work style.
- Confident attitude, even in an international environment.
- Talent, strong communication skills, and teamwork.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent MS Office skills, SAP experience.
- Independent and proactive work style, strong organizational and communication skills.
- High precision, logical thinking, reliability, and flexibility.
- Valid category B driving license.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written), German is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, audit experience.
- Familiarity with ISO TS 16959 / IATF 16949 automotive quality management systems.
