Shift Leader (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Responsible for shift management, three-shift work schedule
• Management and supervision of subordinate employees
• Efficient coordination of shift work, supervision of work processes
• Managing production during your shift, ensuring that work instructions are followed and enforced
• Compliance with and enforcement of work and fire safety instructions
• Capacity planning (staff, operating materials)
• Contingency planning in case of staff absences
• Monitoring order and cleanliness (5S)
• Monitoring and managing operational performance indicators
• Inventory administration
• Maintaining ongoing customer relations
• Conducting discussions with employees in the event of disciplinary issues in order to reach decision agreements
• Assisting and supporting the plant manager in the planning process

Your Profile

• Minimum secondary education
• Intermediate level of English language skills with good communication skills
• Leadership skills and experience. High level of independence, decisiveness
• Precision, accuracy, good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Confident computer skills – on user level
• Category B driving licence
• Willingness to work multiple shifts
• Advantage: Experience gained at an automotive company
