Your tasks

• Full technical responsibility for innovative products composed of up to 400 individual components
• Key partner in planning and implementing premium automotive products for brands such as BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, and more
• Overall responsibility for managing technical change processes
• Ensuring product specifications are met in compliance with the latest standards and legislation
• Leading the technical project team in cooperation with specialized departments and suppliers in a highly regulated environment
• Coordinating project engineers worldwide – including teams from China and North America on global projects

Your Profile 

• University degree in a technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; automotive experience is a strong advantage
• Creative, structured, and analytical thinking
• Ability to independently seek solutions and approach problem-solving systematically
• Knowledge of project management and planning
• Excellent communication skills and resilience under pressure
• Team spirit, ability to perceive broader contexts, motivate the team, and deliver complex engineering tasks
• Willingness and eagerness to learn and grow across various technical disciplines (quality, design, process engineering, standards, etc.)
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage
