Your tasks

• ensuring a consistent quality strategy,​
• managing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs),​
• monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement (CIP) of the plant’s quality performance,​
• responsibility for conducting quality planning activities in alignment with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) standards,​
• Definition of Quality Requirements and Development & Optimization of Quality Methods,​
• ensuring Delivery Quality of Brose Sitech Products to the Customer,​
• ensuring a Safe Working Environment in Compliance with Occupational Safety Standards,​
• leadership of subordinate quality-related functions, including full personnel responsibility,​
• preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual quality reports,​
• continuous Development of the Quality Management System.

Your Profile 

• you have experience in the field of automotive seating interiors,​
• you have 3 years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing,​
• you have profound knowledge of automotive quality Methods and Core-Tools  (IATF 16949 + Core Tools (MSA, PPAP, APQP, PSA, FMEA),​
• you have strong communication skills with OEM customers and suppliers,​
• you have extensive experience in quality management,​
• you are open to go on business trips,​
• you are flexible and commited,​
• you have experience in teamwork across different time zones.
