SAP Business coordinator (m/f)

Your tasks

• First- and second-level application support
• Ticket analysis and coordination
• Standard changes and organizational master data maintenance
• Monitoring of recurring processes and interfaces
• Functional testing and documentation
• Support and testing activities, with a particular focus on SAP S/4HANA
• IT product support covering the creation, processing, and monitoring of purchase orders, as well as related procurement and supplier processes. The product supports both operational purchasing activities and the digitalization of procurement processes.

Your Profile

• Initial professional experience in IT support or application management
• Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
• Willingness to develop expertise in SAP MM and purchasing processes
• Basic understanding of purchasing or logistics processes
• Experience with testing, ticketing systems, or technical documentation
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Ability to analyze, document, and follow up on incidents
