Your tasks

• Design and develop production equipment using 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
• Prepare technical drawings and documentation.
• Plan and support the launch of new products in production.
• Solve technical and process-related problems during assembly and installation.
• Communicate with suppliers and work closely with internal teams (production, automation, project teams).
• Analyze workstations (MTM), perform risk assessments (FMEA), and evaluate ergonomics.
• Help improve and optimize existing machines and production lines.
• Cooperate with international teams, including headquarters in Germany.

Your Profile

• University degree in mechanical engineering or a similar technical field.
• Suitable for graduates – experience in industry is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of 3D CAD design (SolidWorks preferred).
• Technical thinking and interest in machines and production.
• Communicative level of English (B2).
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Advantage: knowledge of MTM, FMEA, or experience with 3D printing.

Salary

• Salary (brutto): from 1650 Eur/month
• The salary consists of a basic wage from 1500 EUR + 10% of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
• After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)
