HR Business Partner - replacement for maternity leave (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• manage HR agenda for your assigned business area
• support managers in motivating and developing their teams
• collaborate on HR projects and process improvements
• identify and develop talent within the organization
• provide guidance on labor law and HR strategy
• prepare reports and deliver HR-related training for managers
• recruiting activities within assigned business area
• data analysis and overviews
  necessary admin tasks related to employment

Your Profile

• proven experience in HR (preferably in a similar role)
• knowledge of labor law and HR processes
• strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• ability to build partnerships with managers and employees

Salary

• Salary (brutto): from 1580 Eur/month
• The salary consists of a basic wage from 1580 EUR + 10% of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
• After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)
