Your tasks
- Creating material orders – communication with suppliers, order confirmations – customers, and processing of complaints (from a logistics perspective).
- Independently taking corrective actions in case of deviations and determining quantities and delivery dates for new supplies.
- Leading coordination discussions with suppliers.
- Taking appropriate action in critical situations and setting priorities as needed.
- Informing the supervisor in case of critical delivery delays that cannot be resolved by standard means.
- Planning inventory levels within assigned projects and budget, and implementing corrective measures.
- Managing change requests in Gecos, related to the start-up or phase-out of new parts and configurations.
- Ensuring the update of system parameters, including regular maintenance.
- Production planning according to customer requirements.
- Securing transport for parts as needed.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Adhering to occupational health and safety (OHS), fire protection regulations, and environmental protection policies.
Your Profile
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or completed secondary technical education with final exam.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in logistics or freight forwarding in a dispatcher/disponent role.
- Proven responsibility for planning customer orders and purchase orders, managing resulting inventory levels, securing sufficient material supply, and arranging special transports when necessary.
- Ability to independently evaluate deviations and take corrective action, including rescheduling and quantity adjustments.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ability to understand complex interrelations and make sound decisions independently.
- Highly organized, assertive, with a confident and convincing communication style.
- Comfortable with direct communication with customers and transport service providers.
- Capable of short-, medium-, and long-term thinking in terms of planning needs, orders, and inventories.
- Familiarity with JIT/JIS logistics is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of economics, manufacturing technology, and logistics processes.
- Experienced user of PPS systems, ideally SAP (MM/WM modules).
- English – level B2 (required); German – level B2 (as advantage).

Salary
- Salary (brutto): from 1450 Eur/month
- The salary consists of a basic wage from 1320 EUR + 10% of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
- After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)
