Your tasks
- Independent execution of process and product audits according to the audit and/or test plan
- Evaluation of audited products and processes based on defined audit criteria
- Monitoring and follow-up of systematic actions related to identified deviations
- Support in defining corrective actions in cooperation with the supervisor and responsible departments
- Preparation of reports and statistics on findings
- Implementation of stricter measures in case of critical deviations, including blocking of defective parts
- Execution of special tests (e.g. start-up tests for new products, random checks)
- Internal support in technical analysis of defective parts returned by the customer
- Support in preparation for internal and external audits; execution of ad hoc audits if required
- Assistance to incoming inspection with material release if necessary
- Compliance with workplace cleanliness (6S), Brose principles (BBR), safety, quality, environmental and energy standards
- Other tasks related to the position as assigned by the supervisor
Your Profile
- Secondary technical education (with school-leaving certificate)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Confident use of measuring and testing equipment
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, AIAG, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5 standards and customer-specific requirements
- Ability to read technical drawings and apply quality tools
- Assertive, quality-oriented personality with ability to implement effective measures
- BBR knowledge
- English language – intermediate level (B1–B2)
- Slovak language – fluent (C1)

Salary
- Salary (brutto): from 1250 Eur/month
- The salary consists of a basic wage from 1250 EUR + 160 EUR bonus, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
- After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)
