Quality Engineer RWTC (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Performing analyses and processing field complaints based on prescribed testing concepts and control plans, or based on empirical values and product knowledge, using appropriate quality tools (PMP, lifetime analyses, Pareto analyses, etc.), resulting in a technical decision on the acceptance or rejection of complaints.
- Independently and promptly analyzing and evaluating all customer portals and/or technical records, with a main focus on defining and implementing corrective actions, including the method.
- Coordinating and monitoring sustainable corrective actions and the effectiveness of monitoring (including consideration of FMEA), including “lessons learned”.
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines for analyses and processing of field complaints according to customer and Brose requirements (8D processing and C2 evaluation).
- Timely identification and assessment of quality issues through active part observation – “Field Monitoring”. Subsequently, initiating the escalation process in consultation with the supervisor.
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with customers.
- Monitoring corrective actions resulting from internal and external process audits to ensure product quality.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace (6S), as well as compliance with BBR, occupational safety and health (OSH), fire protection, quality systems, EMS, environmental protection, and efficient energy use.
- Other tasks related to the job position as instructed by the supervisor.
Your Profile
- Technical education background
- 3 years of experience in a technical field
- Technical thinking
- Analytical thinking
- IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
- English – intermediate level
- German – beginner level

Salary
- Salary (brutto): from xxx Eur/month
- The salary consists of a basic wage from xxx EUR + 10% of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
- After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)
