Your tasks 

• Planning, execution, analysis, assessment, and documentation of testing activities in the field of electronic control devices in the automotive sector
• Preparation of test plans to ensure the hardware part of electronics, especially tests related to environmental conditions, durability, electrical tests including electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrostatic discharge (ESD) resistance
• Execution and support during tests in internal and external laboratories
• Implementation of in-depth failure analyses and proposals for product optimization
• Presentation of testing results internally for approval purposes and externally to the customer
• Creation of special tests and definition of requirements for conceptual test designs to ensure new technology

Your Profile

• Completed university education in electrical engineering or a similar field
• Experience in the field of testing in the automotive industry or in supplier companies for automotive
• Good knowledge of environmental and electronic requirements in the automotive sector
• Professional knowledge of electronic components as well as the use of electronic schematics
• Solution-oriented mindset, proactive and structured working style
• Methodical knowledge in the field of error analysis (Ishikawa, Five Whys)
• Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Salary

• Salary (brutto): from 1650 Eur/month
• The salary consists of a basic wage from 1500 EUR + 10% of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
• After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)
