Test Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• independently perform and monitor complex product tests and functional measurements based on orders and test specifications
• operate advanced testing systems and measurement instruments
• prepare and configure standard tests (mechanical, electrical, control devices, and test accessories)
• set up testing equipment for non-standard tests
• document the testing process, environment, and results systematically
• continuously monitor tests and provide feedback to supervisors
• prepare detailed test reports for evaluation
• analyze technical issues (e.g., failed tests) and propose product optimization solutions
• maintain testing equipment and accessories, identify faults, and resolve standard issues independently

Your Profile

• technical background preferred in mechanics or electronics
• hands on mentality
• English – intermediate level (spoken and written)
• experience in testing, quality assurance, or related technical roles is nice to have, but not mandatory
• knowledge of automotive processes or mechanical systems is nice to have, but not mandatory

Salary
Salary (brutto): from 1360 EUR/month

• The salary consists of a basic wage from 1200 EUR + 160 EUR of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
• After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)
