Test Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- independently perform and monitor complex product tests and functional measurements based on orders and test specifications
- operate advanced testing systems and measurement instruments
- prepare and configure standard tests (mechanical, electrical, control devices, and test accessories)
- set up testing equipment for non-standard tests
- document the testing process, environment, and results systematically
- continuously monitor tests and provide feedback to supervisors
- prepare detailed test reports for evaluation
- analyze technical issues (e.g., failed tests) and propose product optimization solutions
- maintain testing equipment and accessories, identify faults, and resolve standard issues independently
Your Profile
- technical background preferred in mechanics or electronics
- hands on mentality
- English – intermediate level (spoken and written)
- experience in testing, quality assurance, or related technical roles is nice to have, but not mandatory
- knowledge of automotive processes or mechanical systems is nice to have, but not mandatory

Salary
Salary (brutto): from 1360 EUR/month
- The salary consists of a basic wage from 1200 EUR + 160 EUR of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
- After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)
