Warranty Test Center Engineer

Your tasks

  • Analyze and process field complaints based on defined testing concepts, control plans, and product knowledge
  • Make technical decisions regarding acceptance or rejection of customer claims
  • Evaluate customer portals and technical records, and define appropriate corrective actions
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions, including lessons learned
  • Ensure timely processing of claims in line with customer and company requirements (8D methodology)
  • Identify and assess quality issues through active field monitoring and initiate escalation when necessary
  • Maintain communication and relationships with customers
  • Track corrective actions resulting from internal and external audits
  • Support production teams with expertise in field analysis and warranty cases
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of quality methods and performance indicators

 

Your Profile

  • Technical education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical field
  • Strong analytical and technical thinking skills
  • Experience with quality tools (e.g., Pareto analysis, lifetime analysis) is an advantage
  • Good IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • English – intermediate level

Salary

Salary (brutto): from  1766 Eur/month

  • The salary consists of a basic salary 1650 and 7% of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
  • After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)
