Warranty Test Center Engineer

Your tasks
- Analyze and process field complaints based on defined testing concepts, control plans, and product knowledge
- Make technical decisions regarding acceptance or rejection of customer claims
- Evaluate customer portals and technical records, and define appropriate corrective actions
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions, including lessons learned
- Ensure timely processing of claims in line with customer and company requirements (8D methodology)
- Identify and assess quality issues through active field monitoring and initiate escalation when necessary
- Maintain communication and relationships with customers
- Track corrective actions resulting from internal and external audits
- Support production teams with expertise in field analysis and warranty cases
- Contribute to the development and improvement of quality methods and performance indicators
Your Profile
- Technical education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical field
- Strong analytical and technical thinking skills
- Experience with quality tools (e.g., Pareto analysis, lifetime analysis) is an advantage
- Good IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- English – intermediate level

Salary
Salary (brutto): from 1766 Eur/month
- The salary consists of a basic salary 1650 and 7% of the variable components, which are paid on the basis of an internal regulation.
- After fulfillment the internal criteria, there is possibility to obtain a summer and winter bonus (max. 2 x 700 Eur)
