Your tasks

• managing a project from start to market launch in coordination with internal and external customers.
• developing and implementing solutions for technical challenges within development projects or assigned tasks
• coordination of an interdisciplinary technical project team and management of development partners.
• ensuring cost-effective execution and documentation of development projects, in compliance to development milestones, development costs, and technical specification requirements.
• aligning concepts for manufacturing processes with production
• supporting the start of series production by implementing the relevant development work. 

Your Profile

• you have professional experience in the development of automotive complete seats or similar components in car interiors
• you have experience in project management.
• you have strong communication skills with OEM customers and suppliers.
• you have experience in using MS Office, MS Project and CATIA V5
• you have a sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• you have flexibility and commitment
• you have experience in teamwork across different time zones
