Your tasks
- Driving the continuous improvement activities in plant to improve PQCDSM. Support customer team industrial Engineer to meet all deadlines related to planning, procurement and commissioning of manufacturing equipment and ensuring the highest reliability of installed manufacturing equipment as well as meeting the targeted quality and cost objectives.
- Preparation of all necessary documents and instructions for manufacturing equipment like PFD, PFMEA, WI, Check sheets.
- Evaluation and monitoring of engineering changes for projects in Production.
- Developing and maintaining plant layouts with close communication to the affected departments.
- Transfer of lessons learned from projects in production to development projects during " lessons learned" workshop.
- Support to customer team industrial Engineering for Industrial Engineering tasks including the planning and procurement of manufacturing equipment on time and in the targeted cost.
- Support to customer team Industrial Engineer to Install and launch the equipment in plant.
- Active involvement in assembly line concept, specification, DAP finalization for new projects along with CT IE.
- Active involvement in assembly line trails, process validation activities for new projects.
- Responsible for ensuring the taking smooth handover of assembly lines and equipment for new project from customer team with expected results.
- Responsible for process capability studies, POKA YOKE on assembly lines.
- Responsible for the customer/IATF and internal audits for IE function.
- Responsible for daily assembly line and equipment process problem solving as CFT member.
- Responsible for MTM studies/cycle time studies/Line balancing in series projects.
- Responsible for the productivity improvement/Internal logistics activities in plant.
- Evaluation and implementation of technical modifications during the serial phases.
- Set up and maintaining of production data (material master, bill of materials, rate routings, production versions) in SAP (MRP system).
Your Profile
- Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with 6-8 years (Minimum 4 years in core Industrial engineering).
- Knowledge in work studies.
- Knowledge in Motor, Electronics manufacturing.
- PFMEA/MTM/SPC/IATF16949/ISO14001.
- AutoCAD /MS office.
