Your Tasks
•Dashboard Development:
•Design and implement IT-managed Power BI dashboards and reports
•Build reusable components and templates
•Enhance existing frontend applications and datasets
•Platform Operations:
•Manage authorization concepts and access controls
•Perform regular platform maintenance and housekeeping
•Support & Incident Management:
•Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Power BI applications
•Monitor and resolve incidents, and implement long-term solutions
•Maintain content for the self-service BI community
•User Enablement & Training:
•Plan and deliver end-user and power user training sessions
•Support business departments in frontend development
•Create and update training materials and documentation

Your Profile
•Degree in IT or a related field is a plus
•Proven experience with Power BI and strong data visualization skills
•Solid understanding of UX principles for effective data storytelling
•Structured, pragmatic, and independent working style
•Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
