System Engineer-Drives (10-12 Years)

Your tasks
- Technical management of requirement specification and design derivations in basic development projects with systems engineering scope as well as corresponding support of subsequent application projects.
- Ensuring the on-schedule design, planning, procurement and commissioning of production facilities.
- Technical management for basic development scope in system projects.
- Preparation and maintenance of the operating concept (OpsCon) and the systems engineering management plan (SEMP), including objectives, system boundaries, definition of the content maturity to milestones.
- Definition of the involvement of project team members in the system design and specifications for sub-systems and component level.
- Definition of use-cases, derived function/feature structures and system requirements (SRS) for high reusability in subsequent application projects, considering internal requirements (IRS) and customer needs.
- Derivation of architecture options and system designs (SDD), their interface documentation (external/internal IFCD), initiation of requirements derivation of components (CRS) as system stakeholders.
- Ensuring traceability in systems engineering (SEng) in the principle/basic project.
- Coordination of reviews/releases of SEng documentation.
- Coaching of the project team members and project engineers of subsequent application projects regarding technical product definition under the aspect of system optimization.
Your Profile
- BE/BTech, ME/MTech, PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or any equivalent streams.
- Electric vehicle architectures.
- Electrical machine design and control.
- Power Electronics.
- Embedded Software.
- Sound knowledge of automotive engineering and functions.
- Sound knowledge of requirements management.
- Good basic understanding of mechatronic systems.
