Your tasks

• Understanding of SAP ABAP, RPA & TOSCA (Automation tools) and overall Software development methodology and concept.
• Manage and achieve the delivery deadlines, customer satisfaction, quality and SLA/KPI's of deliverables.
•  Working, support and guide the team for any issues as a mentor and technically as well.
• Focused on right first-time approach where in own and other developments are reviewed to keep up the customer expectations and defined best practices
• Supporting the agile transformation inside of the department and living an agile mindset.
• Finding out weak points and optimizing the efficiency and productivity of the team
• Supporting the team in objective cycle and reviews. Pushing the teams to the vision “High Performance Team”
• Creation of individual development plans for defined team members
• Disciplinary leadership of a team (size 8-20 persons). Responsible for compliance with all HR processes, as well as enforcement of the defined internal guidelines and rules.
• Preparation and implementation of regular team events, meetings, coffee corner calls and tracking permanently the team atmosphere on site.
• Supporting the head of department in capacity planning and development of the department framework
• Owning the service and manage the projects, new initiatives within the timeline.
• Understanding of AI, Data science and automation
