Your tasks
-Carry out the assigned functions in the Responsibility Table for occupational safety, energy, environment, and health protection (Procedure M1 070).
-Implement the modules of the "Excellent Maintenance" as well as perform the preventive, predictive and first level maintenance schedules and make sure that those are planned and executed on a timely manner, to achieve the technical availability. Ensure the application of internal and external scalation process are performed in a proper and mannerly way. 
-Plan and optimize the resources of the technical departments to ensure the plant's profitability; ensure availability of spare parts, wear parts and good management of ZIND system. 
-Lead improvement projects to reduce operational costs related to the technical departments to achieve RACE targets. 
-Determine and apply the medium- and long-term development strategy for technical functions and related areas.
-Identify and implement the necessary actions and reactive measures to maintain the building in good conditions. 
-Support product launches and address supply issues related to facilities, including the development of technical knowledge for technology transfer. 
-Organize and execute the structures and procedures necessary for safety and environmental protection to ensure compliance with legal standards and requirements.
-Deliberate and decide on energy management issues. 
-Monitor compliance with training and development needs for personnel, make sure the skill matrix is achieved and updated to cover the proper skills in the area under his/her responsibility.

Your Profile
-Experience in Automotive Industry more than 8 years
-English fluent is a must
-Experience in a managerial role up 5 years
