Your tasks

• Maintain, audit, and oversee all current and new tooling.
• Visit suppliers on a routine basis to ensure compliance (standards and requirements).
• Document new technology and present to internal teams and supply base  
• Work in conjunction with Commodity and Team Buyers, and the Supplier Quality Engineers to reduce ppms and ensure proper maintenance and construction of tooling.
• Document Lessons learned and present to internal teams
• Calculate tool cost targets and assist in reviewing quotes associated with tool building and modification.
• Initiate activities to create HIPPA privacy awareness within the organization and implement privacy policies and procedures.

Your Profile

• 4 years as a stamping engineer (directly involved).
• Dynaform, Stamping tooling quotations, engineering changes and maintenance.
• Tooling design and interpretation of simulation results.
• Advanced English.
• Tool maintenance management
• Product manufacturability feasibility analysis.
• APQP / PDP
• Process - series production
• Adjustment of process parameters Steels and coatings
