PS Manager

Your tasks

  • Perform the duties assigned in the Responsibility Matrix for occupational safety, energy, the environment, and health protection.
  • Serve as the BPS team leader at the plant, lead RACE activities throughout the plant’s organization to ensure compliance with defined objectives, and facilitate regional BPS coordination
  • Ensure the qualification of plant teams in accordance with the BPS Skills Matrix and monitor the progress of BPS training plans, providing support through training and coaching in BPS and standardized work.
  • Drive the plant’s BPS strategy in alignment with the regional BPS strategy.
  • Ensure the implementation of BPS project management activities related to BPS assessments and provide support for IPM. Support the selection of regional projects and identify specific projects with plant management, promoting and strengthening improvement activities.
  • Implement and coordinate Lean projects at the plant.
  • Manage the sustainability of BPS in compliance with BPS requirements. Serve as a co-auditor for the BPS assessment.
  • Manage regional and internal BPS projects within the plant by sharing knowledge and know-how with other plants. Ensure the identification and communication of best practices through internal and external benchmarking activities.
  • Actively support production teams to ensure full compliance with OEE objectives across the organization.
  • Responsible for the IDEAS system, as well as its promotion and monitoring within the plant.

Your Profile

  • Preferably 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the automotive industry. 
  • Demonstrable knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as Value Stream Analysis, Kanban, standardized work, 5S, etc.
  • Experience in continuous improvement activities, audits, project management, and ramp-up
  • English Fluent is a must.
