Quality Engineer

Your tasks

• Ensure compliance with the client's specific requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality norms and standards in the manufacturing process.
• Address the client's quality complaints and Guarantees, comply with the response time policy through the tools defined by the client or the internal methodology (PMP, 8D's, RedX, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with the plant's quality indicators through the use of quality tools (Core Tools, BPS, PFM, etc.)
• Promote a philosophy of zero defects through the definition of preventive actions based on the quality system.
• Maintain communication with the customer team (Customer Team) to ensure compliance with the quality system from the development of new products.
• Develop containment plans when quality issues arise in assembly processes.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality and Environmental Management System requirements according to ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 certifications, as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001.
• Fulfill specific customer requirements, corrective actions, PPAP, and customer validation runs for engineering changes in serial production projects.
• Monitor and ensure process capability (CPKs/PPKs) through statistical control tools (Procella and/or MINITAB) 

Your Profile

• 2-3 years of experiencie in similar position
• Experiencie working with OEMs and customer portals
• Fluent English is a must
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to negotiate and present information to customer
