Your tasks

• Ensure product quality meets internal and customer specifications
• Manage customer complaints and claimed parts
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate PPAP/PSW for new projects and changes
• Develop and update PFMEA and Control Plans
• Support internal and external audits
• Lead quality activities for engineering changes and ramp-up
• Monitor suppliers and corrective actions
• Oversee inspection staff competency
  
  Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 6–8 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma)
• Solid understanding of statistical methods
• Extensive experience with automotive core tools, including SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and PPAP
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and understanding GD&T
• Basic knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 standards
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English
